Elderly Wellbeing Dances at Mariankoti
We visited Helsingin Seniorisäätiö's Mariankoti to share old-time dances (lavatanssit) with the older residents. For those whose dancing feet were still itching to move, the afternoon eased loneliness, brought plenty of joy, and supported wellbeing and an active everyday life.
