Mental Health & Helsinki Clubhouse
We spent time at the Helsinki Clubhouse together with its members, people in mental health recovery reflecting on our own mental wellbeing and on the kind of group culture that supports it. The session made working life feel more approachable, helped break down the stigma around mental health, and gave everyone practical tools for their own coping.
