Hyvän Tekijät certification
Hyvän Tekijät -vastuullisuusmerkin saanut yritys pyrkii konkreettisten ja mitattavien vastuullisuustekojen kautta saamaan aikaan positiivista muutosta yhteiskunnassa ja rakentamaan yhteisöllisyyttä omassa vaikutuspiirissään. Yritys pitää korkeassa arvossa oman henkilöstönsä, sidosryhmiensä ja yhteiskunnan hyvinvointia ja on aktiivinen toimija hyväntekeväisyyden ja ympäristötekojen parissa. Yritys tarjoaa henkilöstölleen mahdollisuuden vapaaehtoistyöhön työajalla, joko erilaisten auttamisen hyvinvointipäivien tai mitattavien yksilöllisten hyvien tekojen muodossa omassa lähiympäristössään.
Eligibility criteria
- Every year, the company organises a "Helping well-being day" for its staff, where they work together to do good deeds for at least 15 hours.
- The company offers volunteering opportunities during working hours and staff collect at least 15 hours of independent good deeds during the year
- The organisation has brought about positive change in society and built a sense of community within its sphere of influence through a strong sense of responsibility.
The minimum number of hours of assistance is proportional to the number of staff working in Finland according to the table below:
Small companies
Companies with fewer than 50 employees
min. 15 hours / year
Medium companies
Companies with 50-249 employees
min. 30 hours / year
Large companies
Companies with 250 or more employees
min. 60 hours / year
The certification will be made available to the company when the minimum number of hours of voluntery work is reached. The badge will bear a year number for the current year, indicating the period during which the good deeds were carried out.
